At Hola Properties, we offer a full management service to our clients. We have found that the majority of our clients who have purchased a property for investment or holiday residence wish to take advantage of obtaining a rental income which is very achievable on the coast. With over 300 days of sunshine per year on the Costa del Sol, it is a perfect place to own a rental property, appealing to both holiday makers in the summer and golfers in the winter. The Sierra Nevada ski resort is only a two hour drive away and the Costa del Sol has fantastic beaches and wonderful countryside on offer too!

Hola Properties was established to offer professional property services to clients on the Costa del Sol, focusing on safeguarding property investments. It is important to manage all investments, minimising deterioration whilst maximising return. At Hola Properties this is achieved through effective property management, maintenance and rental services.

All of our accommodation are in prime locations on the Costa del Sol and of a high standard, fully serviced, perfect for holiday, short and long term lets.

RENTALS MANAGEMENT

You will require a management company on site if you are resident overseas and we at Hola Properties can offer you a full and complete management service. As key holders, we will ensure that your property is in safe hands. Services include properties being inspected weekly to ensure that they are secure and in a sound and safe condition, with all services operational. During the inspection the property is aired, plants are watered and plumbing is flushed. Swimming pool and garden maintenance are also available for properties requiring these services.

INSURANCE

The purchase of the property involves a great deal of investment and naturally should be protected.

We are agents for several well established companies and can prepare for you a quotation for household insurance to cover property and contents which we are confident will give you the cover you need at very competitive rates.
Furthermore, we will have the policy prepared in English and will be pleased to deal with any claims, the preparation of quotes, the dealing with Loss Adjusters and effect the necessary repairs. In addition, we can provide covers for car, boats, commercial properties, communities, golf and other specialised activities.

Even if you have an existing insurance policy for the property in Spain, it would pay you to ask for a quotation. We can usually give increased cover at a premium lower than you are paying at present, and make life easy in the event of a claim.

MAINTENANCE

We have an in-house qualified maintenance team on call who are fully supervised when entering your property at all times. This enables us to provide our clients with competitive rates and a high standard of workmanship. Properties under our management are continuously monitored for potential maintenance requirements and owners notified accordingly.

Should emergency repairs, due to storm damage, burst pipes, etc. be required we are in a position to act promptly, thus minimising the extent of damage. In addition, if the property is insured through us, we can promptly process the claim.

In the case of extensions, pool construction, or major renovations, we have reliable builders with whom we have worked for many years and we can have drawings prepared and obtain all the necessary permissions required. We supervise all aspects of the work.

We can provide specialist services such as refrigeration, air conditioning, heat pumps, solar heating, sun shades, roofing, draining, floor polishing, chimney sweeping, alarm & safe installations.

All categories of property maintenance can be undertaken or arranged from simple remedial works, to improvements and more sophisticated construction work.

CAR RENTALS

We will be pleased to assist with your transport requirements while in Spain.

Vehicles to suit all budgets are available providing car hire for your clients at very competitive rates with your vehicle being delivered to either the airport or your property. Cars can be collected and returned at Malaga airport for convenience by English speaking staff.

Car hire prices change according to the season and the type of car required. Our prices are very competitive so we would request that you contact us to obtain a fixed quote to suit your requirements.

When booking, we require your full name, flight details of both arrival and departure and any special requests, additional drivers, car seats etc.

FURNISHINGS

Choosing furnishing & fittings for your new property can be a very time consuming exercise. If your visit to the Coast to purchase property has been relatively short, you probably don’t want to be bogged down by chasing around different stores to choose these items. We offer several different types of furnishing packages with local companies to suit all budgets offering a complete package for rental properties. Prices range from 12,000€ and include all the necessary items required to furnish your property down to cutlery and crockery.

A one stop look at these select stores – will provide you with everything you need.

You choose – we follow your order through & supervise delivery, fitting etc, so that on your return your property is prepared for you. All you need to do is unpack & pour your 1st drink.

HOUSEKEEPING SERVICES

A comprehensive range of housekeeping services are available including cleaning and laundry. Linen etc can be collected and delivered back to your property. We will be pleased to deal with your housekeeping requirements either if you are in residence or if the property is being rented out.

It is of course important to have adequate sets of towels & bed linen to cover items at the laundry

WELCOME PACKS

A variety of welcome packs are available for the essential items that are required when arriving at a property. Maybe just enough for the first breakfast until you are able to go the shops.

We will be pleased to stock the fridge for your arrival. We offer a range of welcome packs and quotations are available on request. Alternatively, we can supply a welcome pack to your own specification.

MEET & GREET

Arriving for your holiday can sometimes be a little bewildering for guests who are not familiar with the area of their holiday accommodation.

A friendly face on arrival can make the world of difference to your guests. One of our representatives will meet them at their holiday accommodation to hand over keys to the property, ensuring that their holiday gets off to a ‘hassle free’ start.
